From our hands to your home, we take great care to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered, and as quickly as possible. Items normally ship anywhere from the day of purchase to 10 days (unless specifically noted Ex: pre-orders). If you need your order quicker please call us to discuss expedited shipping choices. All orders and pre-orders are charged at the time you place your order which holds your place in line for the back order.

Return Policy

ONLINE RETURNS

Purchased an item you would like to return? No Problem. Just contact us via your customer log-in or phone and let us know you would like to process a return. We value your business and have simplified our return policy for your convenience, just follow the instructions below, and of course if you have any questions or concerns we are here to help.

  • Request return authorization via your customer log-in or phone within 14 days after you receive your order.
  • Ship the authorized new, unopened item(s) to the return address.
  • Your PayPal account, credit, or debit card will be refunded immediately upon receipt of your new and unopened return. 
Merchandise purchased between NOVEMBER 15th & DECEMBER 23rd will be treated as if purchased on DECEMBER 24th for the purpose of returns. All other normal return policies remain in effect.
 
Special Order items (products normally stocked in the store) may be accepted for return at Family Fun Hobbies discretion only. Not responsible for Repairs or Special Orders left over 90 days.

No return on fuels, electrical parts, chargers, and batteries.

Customer responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

IN STORE RETURNS

If you would like to return an item purchased in-store, just bring it in! Please note, all of the above policies apply. Items must be in new, unopened condition, and returned within 14 days of original purchase date.
